Early
May 2008
Goose
eggs have hatched and the turtles climb up and over each other
toward sunny perches. My first identified Flycatcher poses - and
some Cabbage White butterflies mate for the camera. I've happily
chewed

Not only is it tough
to get close to these large Red Bellied turtles - to hear them crooning Sweet
Adeline in harmony is a real coup. Too bad there's no sound clip.

Bad, invasive, evil things on this
page - Honeysuckle, Garlic Mustard, Dame's Rocket, Wild Grape, Dandelion,
Canada Geese, Poison Hemlock, Boxelder, Cabbage Whites - a wonder I
survive.
