Early March is the barest and brownest of times (hereabouts) - an occasional Snow Drop, a biker in red and a Robin's soft orange - and, desperate for color, I did find and break open the Kentucky Coffee Tree pod for the page.

Our traditional Spring bird, the Robin doesn't really go far during the Winter - I used to see many of them during the Winter in the NJ shore area where they feed on berries.
